What the free trial is:

The SkarbFlow free trial lets you try the platform before you pay, with no credit card. It runs on the free plan, with just enough resources to understand how SkarbFlow works. It lasts the number of days shown on the plan (for example, 7 days).

Each account can use the free trial once. Points and the Store are not part of the trial.

How it works:

1. Create your account. Until you have a plan, you land on the plans screen.

2. Choose the free plan and click Start free trial. The days start counting now.

3. Use the platform. A banner on your dashboard shows how many trial days are left, with a button to activate a paid plan.

4. We send you an e-mail 2 days before the trial ends and another one when it ends.

5. To keep going, subscribe to a paid plan at any time, even during the trial. Your paid plan starts right away, replaces the trial, and counts as a normal purchase (it earns points).

When the trial ends, your access is paused until you subscribe to a plan or SkarbFlow applies one to your account. While paused you can still open the plans and payment screens, support, your profile, password and language settings, and sign out.

Rules and limits:

• One free trial per account. It cannot be restarted by the customer.

• No credit card is asked for, and nothing is charged during the trial.

• The trial has resource limits (messages, contacts, storage and so on) shown on the plan. You cannot buy extras or use points during the trial.

• The trial does not renew by itself and never turns into a paid plan without your action.

• SkarbFlow may change the trial length and limits for future trials, and may end a trial used abusively (fake accounts, repeated sign-ups).

O que é o teste grátis:

O teste grátis do SkarbFlow permite experimentar a plataforma antes de pagar, sem cartão de crédito. Ele usa o plano gratuito, com os recursos mínimos para entender como o SkarbFlow funciona, e dura o número de dias indicado no plano (por exemplo, 7 dias).

Cada conta pode usar o teste grátis uma única vez. Pontos e Loja não fazem parte do teste.

Como funciona:

1. Crie sua conta. Enquanto não tiver um plano, você cai na tela de planos.

2. Escolha o plano gratuito e clique em Start free trial. Os dias começam a contar.

3. Use a plataforma. Uma faixa no painel mostra quantos dias de teste restam, com o botão para ativar um plano pago.

4. Enviamos um e-mail 2 dias antes do fim do teste e outro quando ele termina.

5. Para continuar, contrate um plano pago quando quiser, inclusive durante o teste. O plano pago começa na hora, substitui o teste e conta como uma compra normal (gera pontos).

Quando o teste termina, o acesso fica pausado até você contratar um plano ou o SkarbFlow aplicar um à sua conta. Nesse período você ainda acessa as telas de planos e pagamento, o suporte, seu perfil, a senha, o idioma e pode sair da conta.

Regras e limites:

• Um teste grátis por conta; o cliente não pode reiniciá-lo.

• Nenhum cartão é pedido e nada é cobrado durante o teste.

• O teste tem limites de recursos (mensagens, contatos, armazenamento etc.) exibidos no plano. Não é possível comprar extras nem usar pontos durante o teste.

• O teste não renova sozinho e nunca vira plano pago sem uma ação sua.

• O SkarbFlow pode alterar duração e limites dos próximos testes e encerrar um teste usado de forma abusiva (contas falsas, cadastros repetidos).
